You feel this is an unusual time but it is not.

Humans need and create adversity in order to thrive, learn and grow as a collective field.

If it was not this it would be that.

With calms between each storm as you adapt.

This is of great importance.

You survive and get through one day at a time.

In deep presence with each day and present moment.

Make a list if you need to, each morning, of what you are about and what you shall try to accomplish in that day only.

And if that is too much then break it down further, into what you shall do in the next HOUR or even 5 minutes only.

The present moment is the only thing that is real anyway.

The rest exists only in your mind.

The peace, calm and freedom you seek lies in THIS day, THIS present moment.

That is all you ever have and all you ever need do.
