Dig deep into your practice and align not only in body & mind but also with your soul. Includes all elements of Body and Mind lessons. Plus, read and study a suggested book to uncover your soul's purpose or one of your own choosing. Receive simple, sustainable activities and practices that support your personal growth and goals. Home studies and exploration activities given.
